About the Role
Lead bar operations for Antigua's most famous sunset party venue, crafting signature rum punch and managing high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities
- • Oversee main lookout bars during Sunday sunset parties and Thursday reggae nights.
- • Train bar staff in speed of service, drink consistency, and POS cashiering.
- • Maintain rum cellar inventory, craft cocktail prep, and beverage stock rotation.
- • Provide warm, vibrant hospitality to hundreds of international guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ✓ 3+ years bartending experience in high-volume Caribbean resorts or beach bars.
- ✓ Extensive knowledge of Caribbean rums, craft cocktails, and beer service.
- ✓ Positive, high-energy personality and proven leadership under fast-paced conditions.
